1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of atlantapronetwork.com (the "Site"), operated by Atlanta Pro Network ("we," "us," or "our") in Atlanta, Georgia. By accessing or using the Site, booking a call, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What We Do

Atlanta Pro Network provides marketing services for home service contractors, including websites and SEO, advertising management, video and photo production, social media, reviews and reactivation systems, authority building, and related services. Information on the Site describes our services generally and is not a binding offer.

3. Client Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement between Atlanta Pro Network and the client, which covers scope, pricing, term, and deliverables. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement. Exclusive territory arrangements ("one client per trade, per market") are defined in the applicable service agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's full control, including your market, competition, budget, seasonality, and search platform algorithms. Case studies, rankings, statistics, and testimonials on the Site reflect real results for specific clients and markets; they are illustrations, not promises of your results. We guarantee our execution and communication, not specific rankings, lead counts, or revenue.

5. Communications

By submitting your contact information or contacting us, you consent to us contacting you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry and our services. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails via the unsubscribe link. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no scraping or bulk harvesting of content or data, no interference with the Site's operation, and no impersonation of others.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables created for clients (such as websites and content) is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

The Site uses and may link to third-party services such as scheduling tools, maps, fonts, and hosted video, and links to client websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanta Pro Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Pro Network and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
